Key Responsibilities

  • Create innovative and functional designs for residential projects
  • Develop 2D/3D design concepts, layouts and presentations
  • Coordinate with clients and project teams
  • Prepare working drawings and design documentation
  • Ensure design feasibility and project execution support

Tech Stack / Skills

Experience in residential design projects Good knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, etc.) Strong visualization and creativity skills Good communication and presentation skills Ability to work in a team and meet project deadlines
